Service Refunds

FILD Studio does not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.

FILD Studio does not offer cash or credit refunds on services or treatments already rendered. Any service or package that was pre-paid cannot be refunded.  If you want to trade in the value of your service, we can exchange it for a gift card for use at FILD Studio.

Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by the FILD Studio.

Product Refunds

The Company agrees to refund 100% back to the client only upon compliance with the following regulations: (1) An original receipt must be Submitted along with returned products; (2) The product must be returned in person within 10 business days of purchasing; (3) Refund will be given in the form the purchase was made; (4) Product/s must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or usage; (5) All or any products sold at a sale or discounted price are marked as final sale, and cannot be returned nor refunded. FILD Studio does not accept any opened product for return or exchange. If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, FILD Studio reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
